How Peptide Tracker collects and manages SMS consent

Service Overview

Peptide Tracker is a research protocol management tool that helps users track their peptide research schedules. Users may opt-in to receive SMS reminders about their scheduled research activities.

How Consent is Collected

SMS messaging is strictly opt-in. Users must explicitly provide consent before receiving any SMS messages. Consent is collected through the following process:

Opt-In Consent Flow

  1. User creates an account or is added to the system by an administrator
  2. User provides their phone number
  3. User (or administrator with user's verbal/written consent) enables SMS reminders by checking the consent checkbox
  4. User can disable SMS at any time from their account settings

Message Content

SMS messages are sent daily at 6:00 AM (when doses are due) and follow this format:

Peptide Tracker: Good morning [Name]! Today's dose: [Product List]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for support.

Message Frequency

Frequency: Up to 1 message per day

Timing: 6:00 AM local time

Conditions: Messages are only sent when the user has doses scheduled for that day that have not yet been logged
