Peptide Tracker offers optional daily SMS reminders to help users stay on schedule. Here's how it works:
SMS reminders are completely optional and require explicit consent. During account setup or in your profile settings, you'll see this checkbox:
You must check this box and provide your phone number before any messages are sent. No pre-checked boxes. No default opt-in.
Frequency: Up to 1 message per day, only on days with scheduled doses.
Timing: Messages are sent at 6:00 AM.
Content: Each message lists the products due that day and identifies Peptide Tracker by name.

Your phone number is used solely for sending Peptide Tracker reminders. We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile number or opt-in consent data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages are delivered via Twilio. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
